Leading role for Cetilar® at the Huawei Venice marathon

Cetilar® continues to play a leading role in the running context and, after joining the recent half marathon of Pisa as title sponsor, on Sunday participated in the 32nd edition of Huawei Venice marathon, an important international event that took place in Venice.

No fewer than 5,966 runners crossed the marathon finish line – 4,660 of whom completed the Garmin 10K on a reduced course. In the area of the arrival of Riva Sette Martiri, , in addition to the classic blue and white inflatable pagoda branded Cetilar®, with the PharmaNutra staff, they found thousands of product stickers and related information brochures, including a well-equipped massage area with physiotherapy service handled in collaboration with Virtus Physiotherapy in Motion and a group of physiotherapists coordinated by Dr. Roberto Napoli, at work with all the products of the Cetilar® line, the cream that reduces painful symptoms in the joints and the skeletal muscles and which is useful also in cases of sports trauma.
Know-how available to all competitors and the total availability of a product that has now been widely recognized and tested “directly on the playground”, which has proved to be a significant success, as you can see from the photos published at the end of this article.

Looking at the results of the marathon, which unfortunately was marred by a course error that misdirected the group of favorite foreign runners after 1 hour and 15 minutes, compromising their race, victory went to the Italian Eyob Faniel (Venicemarathon Club), who finished the more than 42 km of the route in 2 hours, 12 minutes and 16 seconds, followed by Mohammed Mussa (2h15’14”) and Moroccan Tariq Bamaarouf (2h16’4″). Among the women, the Ethiopian Sule Utura Gedo’s net victory was assured in a good 2h29’04”, improving her personal record of over 5 minutes. A distant second was Kenyota Priscah Jepeting Cherono (2h41’08”), followed by fellow Aynalem Woldemichael (2h42’12”) in third place. Then, in the Garmin 10 K, Natascia Meneghini wrapped her third consecutive victory among the women, while Simone Gobbo won among the men.

Again at the Huawei Venicemarathon, participants were able to make the most of the many features and services offered by Cetilar Run, the APP developed by Calabughi Entertainment Games for IOS and Android devices, which once again proved to be the perfect tool to move with agility in the marathons supported by PharmaNutra SPA with its Cetilar® brand.
