Privacy policy for job applicants

Implementing EU Regulation 2016/679 and laws in force, we would like to provide you with information on the processing and protection of your personal data.

Data Controller

The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer -DPO who can be contacted for any information and request by writing to privacy@pharmanutra.it.

Purposes

All personal information sent or provided in a written or verbal form with no prior request from the Controller is used to follow up on the job application; more specifically to check prerequisites for employment and/or to start a working collaboration. Any sensitive data may only be processed if strictly related to establishing a working /collaboration relationship.

Methods

Your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner, to protect your confidentiality and rights. They will be processed using computer tools and on paper by personnel specifically trained to do so.

Communication and Recipient Categories

Any communication to third parties will only be to perform the selection and appraisal activities related to establishing a working relationship. Data collected will not be disclosed.

Storage periods

The personal data will be stored for a maximum of 5 years from initial filing.

Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to ask the data controller for access to your data and to rectify them. You may always ask for full specifications of processing and your rights by writing to the contact details made available by the Controller and indicated at the start of this policy.

Right to Complain

If you feel the processing concerning you breaches the EU Regulation GDPR 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection Supervisory Authority. Data available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.

Providing data and Consent

Providing personal data is up to the candidate presenting his/her curriculum vitae. Data required later and possibly requested by the Controller are functional to assessing the suitability for employment and/or to start collaboration and are provided voluntarily.
