Merger by incorporation of Junia Pharma S.r.l. and Alesco S.r.l. into PharmaNutra S.p.A.
PharmaNutra is pleased to announce that on April 15th 2024 the merger project of the two companies of the Group, Junia Pharma S.r.l. and Alesco S.r.l. into PharmaNutra S.p.A. was approved.
The transaction is part of a broader project of reorganisation of the Group to which PharmaNutra belongs and responds to the need to pursue greater management efficiency, allowing the development of significant IT, logistic, commercial, corporate and administrative synergies, also with the aim of optimising business processes. The reorganisation will make it possible to unify and integrate operational processes and achieve greater flexibility and efficiency in the use of resources.
Junia Pharma branded products will remain on the market, with a rebranding operation that will lead PharmaNutra to expand its offer and consolidate its position in the health market for children and young people from 0 to 16 years in the coming months. The incorporation of Junia Pharma will in fact allow resources and investments to be concentrated in order to continue offering innovative and high-quality solutions dedicated to the paediatric sector.

Commercially, Alesco will continue its research, development, production and distribution of raw materials and functional ingredients as the Group’s line of business.
