Cetilar® Nutrition to take part as official sponsor, with a scientific lecture on technological innovation in sports nutrition.

Pharmanutra, along with partner Akern, will participate in the fourth edition of the States General of Sports Nutrition, taking place on 20–21 March 2026 in Bologna, one of Italy’s leading events dedicated to sports nutrition and scientific updates for professionals working in this field.

Organized by SANIS – School of Nutrition and Integration in Sport, the event brings together nutritionists, sports physicians, researchers, trainers and healthcare professionals to discuss the latest scientific developments in nutrition and supplementation for athletes. The congress provides an important platform for dialogue between academia, healthcare professionals and industry, addressing key topics such as scientific research, innovation in nutritional strategies and practical applications to support athletic performance and recovery

During the first day of the congress, Germano Tarantino, Chief Scientific Officer of Pharmanutra, will deliver a lecture entitled: “Technological innovation applied to nutrition: a new paradigm for nutrient delivery in athletes.”

The presentation will take place within Session III – Innovation and research: the role of industry and will explore how technological innovation in nutraceutical formulations can improve nutrient absorption and overall effectiveness in sports nutrition.
