Caffeine helps to reduce the perception of effort and reduce fatigue, while increasing attention and concentration, even during physical activity.
The carbohydrate solutions promote improved physical performance during intense and prolonged exercise in trained adults. Only trained adults performing intense (at least 65 % of VO2max) and prolonged (at least 60 minutes) exercise achieve the beneficial effect.
- Each sachet contains 16 g of Trehalose, 12 g of Maltodextrin, 12 g of Fructose and 150 mg of Caffeine.
- 40 g of carbohydrate per 60 mL dose.
- Does not need to be dissolved in water.
Take 1 gel after an hour’s exercise, every 45 minutes to 1 hour during competitions or when tired or in difficulty. In addition to physical activity, it is important to choose a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
