Caffeine helps to reduce the perception of effort and reduce fatigue, while increasing attention and concentration.
- Each sachet contains 22.2 g of maltodextrin, 17.8 g of fructose and 150 mg of caffeine.
- 40 g of carbohydrate per 60 mL dose.
- Does not need to be dissolved in water.
Take 1 gel after an hour’s exercise, every 45 minutes to 1 hour during competitions or when tired or in difficulty. In addition to physical activity, it is important to choose a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
