Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and promotes electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function and normal muscle function.
Dissolving the product in water obtains a hypotonic solution (80.8 mOsmol/L), which can be useful during moderate or intense exercise, when copious fluids are lost due to sweating.
Each sachet contains 100 mg of magnesium hydroxide from UltraMag® Marine, 461 mg of sodium and 302 mg of chloride.
Dissolve in 500 mL of room temperature water and stir until completely dissolved.
